This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what information we collect when you use or access websites, software, applications, platforms, and/or any other services we offer from time to time in connection with the services branded as JamJam (collectively, “JamJam”), and how we use such information, as well as other important matters related to your privacy.
Types of information we collect.
To provide you with JamJam, we may collect the following types of information from you. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent you from using all or part of JamJam’s features.
Information you provide to use JamJam. When you use JamJam or register as a member of JamJam, we may ask you to provide certain information and collect such information from you, which includes but is not limited to email address, name, business name, gender, date of birth, contact number, contact address, place of residence, region, country, backup email address, business size, business type, number of employees, occupation, and preferred music genres.
Information you provide to participate in the events. If you choose to participate in promotional events that we offer from time to time, we may ask you to provide certain information and collect such information from you, which includes but is not limited to email address, name, gender, date of birth, contact number, place of residence, contact address, and backup email address.
Usage Information when you use JamJam. We may collect information from you when you use JamJam, which includes but is not limited to how you use our website, such as clicks and pages that have been shown to you, and referring webpage address.
Device information and log information when you use JamJam. We may collect device information and log information from you when you use JamJam, which includes but is not limited to IP addresses, device ID and type, details about your use of our website, browsing history, search queries, browser type, session frequency, geolocation information, wireless and mobile network connection information.
Transaction and Payment information when you purchase paid services on JamJam. When you purchase paid services on JamJam, we may collect certain information to process the transaction, including but not limited to your order, credit card/debit card information, and payment histories.
Cookies and tracking technologies. During your use of JamJam, we may collect certain information through cookies, web beacons, and advertising IDs.
If you register your account via third-party services (“Third-Party Services”), you agree us to collect your personal information and other information that may be accessible from your Third-Party Services account, including your name, profile photos, country, email address, date of birth, gender, names of friends, and other personal pictures and social network. We may verify whether your information matches those collected from such Third-Party Services and will store and use such information under this Policy.
How we use your information.
We may use the information collected for the following purposes:
To verify your membership and/or member identification;
To process and manage your payments and transactions;
To identify event participants, send event notices, and/or deliver rewards;
To provide you with a stable and smooth service;
To improve, optimize, and/or develop JamJam;
To prevent any unauthorized and/or fraudulent use of or abuse of JamJam;
To provide you with customer support and respond effectively to your inquiries and claims;
To conduct user surveys;
To measure the effectiveness of the advertisements that we place;
To aggregate anonymized statistical data;
To notify you of any other important information regarding JamJam when necessary; and
To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
Whom we share your information with.
Third-party service provider. We may share your information with third-party service providers and/or content providers to provide you with JamJam. For example, to process your transactions, we will share your transaction and payment information with our payment partners to handle your payment.
Affiliates. We may share the information we collect from you with our affiliates and subsidiaries to carry out daily business operations or promotional services. For example, employees from different companies within the group may use your information to develop and improve the features of JamJam.
Event partners. We may share your information with event partners to carry out promotional activities. For example, the information you submit to participate in an event.
Business transactions. We may share your information if we are involved in a business combination, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution, proposed purchase, merger, acquisition of any part of our business, or other similar transaction in connection with that transaction.

Aggregate and/or de-identified information.We may disclose aggregate and/or de-identified information collected, and the use and disclosure of such aggregate and/or de-identified information by us and third parties is not subject to any restrictions under this Policy.
Others. We may disclose your information to any other person with your consent to the disclosure.
Your rights regarding your information.
You may contact us through the “Contact Us” section provided by us to inquire about or request access to, obtain a copy of, supplement correct, cease the collection, processing, or use of, and/or request the deletion of your information. However, if your information is ceased collection, processing, use, or deleted, it may result in your inability to continue using JamJam. After verifying your identity, we will respond to your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse your request to change, delete, or modify your information if it would harm significant national interests, result in an impediment to the execution of statutory duties by government agencies, or cause any prejudice to the material interests of the collecting agency or third party.
Security of your information
We will provide all necessary technologies and measures to protect your information to safeguard your privacy.
To avoid information leakage, you should keep your own personal information, including but is not limited to account ID, password, in safe custody. To avoid misuse of your information, you should log out and close the software and internet browser after using JamJam, whether you are using your personal computer or not.
You should keep your transaction and payment information in safe custody to avoid being used by others for illegal purposes.
JamJam may include hyperlinks to third parties’ websites or webpages. We are not held jointly liable if you agree to allow those websites to collect, process, or use your information.
You should provide true and accurate information for using JamJam and notify us immediately if you find your information has been misused by others or if you notice something abnormal.
Amendment of Privacy Policy
We may modify this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to JamJam and to comply with the relevant laws and regulations. The updated Policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. If you continue to use JamJam after this Policy has been updated, it will be deemed that you agree to the revised terms.
Language
This policy is written in Traditional Chinese, and any translated versions are for reference purposes only. In the event of any conflict between the Traditional Chinese version and the translated versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
